Description of Female. Fully winged; length 2.5–3.7 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except segments 1–3 testaceous, or brown, except segment 1 partly testaceous; in specimen from China, Dashahe, antenna totally testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, occasionally with hind coxae partly brown. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 14:7:10:11:10:10:10:9:9:10; in specimen from China, Dashahe, antennal segment 9 twice as long as broad (10:5). Head shiny, strongly punctate, with anterior half (or third) of face reticulate rugose; frontal line complete (in specimen from China, Guanghuojie Town, frontal line incomplete, only shortly present in front of anterior ocellus); POL = 5; OL = 5.5; OOL = 5; OPL = 5; TL = 7; occipital carina complete. In specimen from China, Guanghuojie Town, OPL twice as long as greatest breadth of posterior ocelli (5:2.5). Pronotum shiny, with posterior surface punctate, much longer than anterior surface (17:3); anterior surface rugose; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum shiny, smooth, slightly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.50–0.75 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, unsculptured. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; posterior surface with two longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas (in specimen from China, Guanghuojie Town, median area rugose, with small smooth and shiny central area). Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein shorter than proximal part (5:13). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 9:2:4:18:27. In specimen from China, Guanghuojie Town, segment 4 of protarsus less than twice as long as segment 1 (13.5:8). Enlarged claw (Plate 37E) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 37E) with two rows of about 32–40 lamellae; distal apex with 5–25 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
