Description of Male. Fully winged; length 3.2–3.9 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna of holotype with segment 1 testaceous and rest of antenna brown, except ventral side testaceous; antenna of paratype with dorsal side brown and ventral side testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except proand mesocoxa partly brown and metacoxa almost completely brown. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 11:7:11:11:10:10:8:10:9:13. Head shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; face with two lateral longitudinal keels near orbits directed towards antennal toruli; frontal line incomplete, only shortly present in front of anterior ocellus; occipital carina complete; POL = 8; OL = 4; OOL = 8; OPL = 6; TL = 6; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OL (3:4). Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.7 length of scutum. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels, lateral areas reticulate rugose and median area shiny and smooth. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (3.5:12). Paramere ( Plate 40A View PLATE 40 ) without distal inner pointed or rounded process, with proximal membranous process slightly shorter than volsella and with inner margin provided of numerous hairs. Tibial spurs 1/1/2. Female. Unknown.

Jiangfengling, Tianchi, 25.XI.2008, Jiangli Tan , 1♂ ( SCAU). Palaearctic: Liaoning, Shenyang Botanic Garden, 14.VII.2011, Shengnan Song leg., 1♂ ( SCAU); Liaoning, Laotuding Nature Reserve, 16–19.VII.2011, Huayan Chen leg., 1♂ ( SCAU); Ningxia Hui Nationality Autonomous Region, Jingyuan , Hongxia Forest Farm , 1–7.VII.2008, Jiemin Yao leg., 1♂ paratype ( SCAU); Ningxia Hui Nationality Autonomous Region , Liupanshan, Hongxia Forest Farm , 2.VII.2008, Jingxian Liu , 1♂ paratype ( SCAU). Hosts. Unknown.
