Description of male ( Plate 43C View PLATE 43 ). Fully winged; length 1.7–3.0 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs yellow-testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 12:6:8:8:6:7:7:6.5:6.5:8. Head dull; face strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures; vertex and temples reticulate rugose; frontal line incomplete, only shortly present in front of anterior ocellus; POL = 7; OL = 4; OOL = 6; OPL = 4; TL = 4; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OPL (3:4); occipital carina complete. In male paratype from Thailand, 16°39.550'N 101°08.123'E, head, including vertex and temple, completely punctate and unsculptured among punctures. Pronotum short and rugose. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.6–0.7 length of scutum. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels, median area smooth, unsculptured, and lateral areas rugose; rarely median area as rugose as lateral areas. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (3:10). Paramere ( Plate 42F View PLATE 42 ) without distal inner pointed process and with long and broad dorsal proximal membranous process. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
