Description of Female. Fully winged; length 1.8–2.6 mm. Totally testaceous-ferruginous, except petiole black and one brown spot on dorsal surface of propodeum; metasoma totally brown in paratype, testaceous, except distal third black-brown, in holotype. In two specimens from China, Nankunshan, head testaceous-ferruginous; antennae testaceous, except segments 5–10 brown; mesosoma testaceous-ferruginous, except metanotum brown, propodeum black, mesopleuron and metapleuron partly black; metasoma testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 13:6:8:6:5:5:5:5.5:5:8.5. Head shiny, smooth, slightly convex, punctate, unsculptured among punctures, with anterior half of face rugose; frontal line complete; POL = 5; OL = 5.5; OOL = 9; OPL = 5.5; TL = 8; greatest breadth of the posterior ocelli shorter than OPL (3.25:5.5); occipital carina complete. Pronotum shiny, with posterior surface finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures, slightly shorter than scutum (10:12), longer than anterior surface (13:5); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.7 length of scutum. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels and median and lateral areas reticulate rugose and dull. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (3:11). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 6:3:3:12:21. Enlarged claw (Plate 48D) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 48D) of holotype with two rows of 5 + 20 lamellae and distal apex provided of five lamellae; Segment 5 of protarsus of paratype with two rows of 5 + 22 lamellae and distal apex provided of five lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Hengshan, Shangfengsi , 4.IX.1980, Xinwang Tong leg., 1♀ ( ZJUC). Other material. CHINA: Guangdong, Longmen County, Nankunshan, 17–18.VIII.2011, Zaifu Xu leg., 2♀♀ ( SCAU); Guizhou, Dabanshui National Forest Park, 7–10.VII.2011, Dongdong Feng leg., 3♀♀ ( SCAU) .
