Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.0 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, except basal half of metacoxa brown. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 6:2.5:2.5:2.5:2.3:3:3:3:3:4.3. Head shiny, with clypeus and anterior margin of face densely hairy; anterior region of face slightly reticulate rugose; posterior region of face and ocellar region punctate, unsculptured among punctures; vertex slightly reticulate rugose, with two–three keels connecting posterior ocelli to compound eyes; gena and temple smooth; frontal line complete; face with two longitudinal keels near orbits directed towards antennal toruli; POL = 2.5; OL = 1.5; OOL = 2.3; OPL = 1.8; TL = 1.7; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli as long as OL; occipital carina complete. Pronotum shiny, with posterior surface longer than anterior surface (2:1.3); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.15 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum smooth. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels, lateral areas reticulate rugose and median area reticulate rugose and sculptured by transverse keels. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (0.5:5.5). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 6:1:1:1.5:4. Segment 3 of protarsus produced into hook. Enlarged claw ( Plate 47A View PLATE 47 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 47A View PLATE 47 ) with several proximal and medial bristles; distal apex with about 16 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
