Description of Female. Fully winged; length 4.7–5.6 mm. Head black, except mandible reddish; antenna blackbrown; mesosoma black, except lateral regions of pronotum reddish; metasoma black, except distal extremity reddish; legs brown, except tarsi brown-testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 27:14:77:48:34:26:18:17:15:21. Head excavated, shiny; face and vertex reticulate rugose; occiput granulated; frontal line incomplete, absent in anterior half of face; occipital carina incomplete, present behind and on sides of the posterior ocelli, laterally extending beyond 0.5 length of OOL; POL = 7; OL = 7; OOL = 26; OPL = 2; temple absent. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum hairy, crossed by strong transverse impression; anterior collar smooth, unsculptured; disc with some longitudinal keels; posterior edges of pronotum rounded, not produced into lobes. Scutum hairy, reticulate rugose. Notauli absent. Scutellum reticulate rugose. Metanotum short, very reduced. Propodeum reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two longitudinal keels. Fore wing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much longer than proximal part. Protrochanter about four times as long as broad. Protarsal segment 1 longer than segment 4 (20:14). Enlarged claw ( Plate 92E ) with one subapical tooth and one row of 13 peg-like hairs. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 92E ) with two rows of 9 + 9 lamellae; distal apex with about 10 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/2.

Description of Male. Fully winged; length 3.1 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except segments 1–2 testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs brown, except tibiae and tarsi testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions:6:6:14:10:10:10:9:8:7:9. Head flat, dull, granulated and weakly rugose; frontal line absent; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind and shortly on sides of posterior ocelli; temple absent; POL = 5; OL = 1; OOL = 5; posterior ocelli touching occipital carina. Palpal formula 6/3. Scutum dull, granulated. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli about as long as POL. Scutellum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metanotum shiny, smooth, unsculptured. Propodeum reticulate rugose, without transverse or longitudinal keels. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein slightly longer than proximal part (28:16). Paramere ( Plate 92D ) with dorsal process short and located proximally. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Types: holotype ♀: THAILAND: Trang Prov., Khaophappha, Khaochang ( AMNH) . Paratype: MALAYSIA: Sarawak, Sarikei District , Rejang Delta, 1♀ ( BPBM) . Other material. BRUNEI: Ulu Temburong, 04°26'N 115°16'E, 300 m, 16.II–9.III.1982, M.C. Day leg., 1♀ and 1♂ ( BMNH) .

Hosts. Unknown.

Distribution. Thailand (Trang), Malaysia ( Sarawak), Brunei (Ulu Temburong).
