Description of Female. Fully winged; length 4.8–7.1 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus and malar space testaceous; occasionally malar space black; antenna brown, except segments 1–2, or 1–3 and 10 testaceous (antenna of specimen from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, brown, except segments 1–2 and 9–10 testaceous); mesosoma black, except lateral margins and posterior collar of pronotum reddish (occasionally dorsal side of propleuron reddish); metasoma black, occasionally brown-reddish; legs testaceous; occasionally part of coxae, clubs of femora, tibiae, first protarsal segment and last segment of meso- and metatarsus brown. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 13:6:25:11:10:8:7.5:6.5:6:9; antennal segment 3 less than five times as long as segment 2. Head dull, hairless, excavated, granulated and sculptured by some irregular longitudinal keels; frontal line almost complete, not present only near clypeus; face broad, broader than scutellum (15:12); occipital carina complete, laterally not reaching eyes; POL = 2; OL = 2.5; OOL = 9; OPL = 1; TL = 2.5; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than TL. Occasionally POL = OL. Pronotum dull, granulated, hairy, with numerous striae around disc; pronotum with disc humped and posterior collar short; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum dull, granulated, with lateral regions reticulate rugose; median region between notauli granulated; in specimen from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, median region granulated, with posterior third rugose. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.8 length of scutum. Scutellum dull, granulated. Metanotum dull, rugose. In specimen from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, metanotum granulated, not rugose. Mesopleuron dull, reticulate rugose. Metapleuron dull, strongly transversely striate. Propodeum hairless, reticulate rugose, without longitudinal or transverse keels; dorsal surface of propodeum approximately as long as posterior surface. Fore wing with three dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much longer than proximal part (18:10). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 17:3:8:17:28. Enlarged claw not spatulate ( Plate 78B View PLATE 78 ) with one strong subdistal tooth and one row of 10–12 lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 78B View PLATE 78 ) with two rows of approximately 23–29 lamellae; distal apex with about 15–16 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Types: ♀ holotype of R. indianus: INDIA: Maharashtra, Padegaon , 23.X.1968, C.I.E. leg., on Sugar cane ( BMNH) ; ♀ holotype of D. miles: CHINA: Hainan, Tien Fong Mts. (= Mt. Jianfengling ), 17.V.1983, Z. Bou č ek leg. ( BMNH) . Other material. CHINA: Guangdong, Nanling National Nature Reserve , 4–5.X.2004, Zaifu Xu leg., 1♀ ( SCAU) . VIETNAM: Nghe An Prov., Phúc Son ( AMNH) .
