Description of Female. Fully winged; length 6.2–7.7 mm. Head black, except mandible and clypeus partly or totally yellow; occasionally also malar space and anterior region of face yellow; antenna brown, except segments 7–10, or 8–10, or 9–10 whitish; occasionally ventral side of antennal segment 1 yellow; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous; occasionally legs brown, except tarsi testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 8:4:32:18:12:9:9:6:5:8; antennal segments 4 and 5 flat, more or less broadened, much or slightly broader than other segments ( Plate 75C View PLATE 75 ). Head dull, granulated; lateral regions of face with some longitudinal keels; clypeus bidentate; frontal line incomplete, not present near clypeus; occipital carina complete; posterior ocelli not touching occipital carina; POL = 11; OL = 9; OOL = 28; OPL = 6; TL = 8. Pronotum dull, hairy, granulated, with numerous keels around disc; pronotum crossed by two transverse impressions, anterior impression slight and posterior one strong; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum dull, hairy, granulated, with posterior third rugose; occasionally also lateral regions of scutum rugose. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated. Scutellum as sculptured as scutum. Metanotum dull, granulated and rugose. Propodeum reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels on posterior surface; dorsal surface with many irregular subparallel longitudinal keels. Fore wing with two–three dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much longer than proximal part. Fore tarsal segment 1 slightly longer than segment 4. Enlarged claw not spatulate ( Plate 75E View PLATE 75 ), with one strong subapical tooth and one row of about 14–15 lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 75E View PLATE 75 ) with two rows of about 40 lamellae; distal apex with about 19 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Description of Male. Fully winged; length 3.2–3.7 mm. Head black, except mandible yellow; antenna brownyellow; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except metacoxa partly brown. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 14:11:39:27:29:30:25:22:21:25. Head dull, granulated and reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; temple absent in dorsal view; POL = 9; OL = 4; OOL = 5; OPL = 2. Scutum dull, granulated and weakly reticulate rugose. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; occasionally notauli almost complete. Scutellum shiny, granulated. Metanotum rugose, occasionally smooth, except anterior third rugose. Propodeum reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels on posterior surface. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much longer than proximal part (15:9). Genitalia with distivolsella situated near the distal apex of penis ( Plate 75D View PLATE 75 ). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
