Description of Female. Fully winged; length 6.1 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus, gena, surface between antennal toruli, narrow stripe around orbits, temple, occiput and most part of ventral side testaceous; antenna brown, except segments 1 and 8–10 testaceous; prothorax brown, with reddish nuances on propleura and pronotal disc; rest of mesosoma black, except scutellum, metanotum, lateral regions of scutum, part of mesopleura reddish; metasoma testaceous; legs testaceous, except part of coxae and stalks of femora brown. Antenna clavate, with rhinaria present on segments 5–10; antennal segments in following proportions: 11:6:43:28:19:15:12:10:9:12. Head dull, flat, with ocellar triangle convex, with dorsal surface dull, reticulate rugose; occiput and ventral surface of the head smooth and unsculptured; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete, laterally not reaching eyes; POL = 4; OL = 2; OOL = 10; OPL = 1; TL = 2; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli longer than OPL (3:1). Pronotum dull, granulated, with many longitudinal striae on sides of disc, on posterior transverse furrow and on furrow around disc; pronotum with disc humped and posterior collar long; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum with median region granulated, dull; lateral regions and posterior fourth granulated and strongly sculptured by many parallel and longitudinal keels. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated. Minimum distance between notauli slightly longer than POL (5:4). Scutellum and metanotum smooth, shiny, unsculptured. Mesopleuron shiny, densely punctate and unsculptured among punctures. Metapleuron dull, strongly transversely striate. Propodeum dull, completely reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels, with dorsal surface less than twice as long as posterior surface (13:8). Fore wing with two large dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein more than twice as long as proximal part (25:10). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 25:5:10:24:40. Enlarged claw not spatulate (Plate 81A) with one strong subdistal tooth and one row of seven lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 81A) with two rows of about 26 lamellae; distal apex with about 25 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Type: holotype ♀: CHINA: Guangdong, Nanling National Nature Reserve , Protection Station , 21–25.IV.2011, YPT, Huayan Chen leg. ( SCAU) .
