Description of Female. Fully winged; length 6.6–6.9 mm. Head testaceous-reddish, except vertex, face (except two testaceous-reddish lateral stripes along orbits) and central area of clypeus black-brown; antenna brown, except segments 1–2 testaceous-reddish and 7–10 testaceous; propleuron testaceous-reddish, except median dorsal region black; pronotum testaceous-reddish, except black area around disc; scutum black, except lateral areas reddish-darkened; scutellum testaceous-reddish, except anterior half blackish; metanotum testaceous-reddish; mesopleuron testaceous-reddish, except central area black; metapleuron black, except proximal third testaceous-reddish; propodeum black, except distal apex reddish; metasoma and legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; rhinaria present on segments 5–10; antennal segments in following proportions: 12:8:51:34:23:18:14:13:10.5:15. Head (Plate 79F) flat, dull, completely rugose; frontal line complete; temple absent; POL = 3.5; OL = 2.5; OOL = 11; OPL = 1.5. Pronotum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures, except posterior collar sculptured by strong longitudinal keels; pronotum crossed by two strong transverse impressions; disc humped; posterior collar long; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum shiny, with median region smooth, punctate, very weakly granulated among punctures, sculptured by short longitudinal keels near posterior margin; lateral regions sculptured by numerous almost parallel longitudinal keels. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.9 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Propodeum dull, reticulate rugose, without longitudinal and transverse keels; dorsal surface longer than posterior surface (15:9). Fore wing with two dark transverse bands. Protarsal segments in following proportions: 30:4.5:11:29:45. Protarsal segments 2 and 3 produced into hooks. Enlarged claw not spatulate ( Plate 80A View PLATE 80 ), with one strong subapical tooth and one row of nine lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 80A View PLATE 80 ) with two rows of 23 lamellae; distal apex with at least 18 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Male. Unknown.

Material examined. Types : holotype ♀: CHINA: Taiwan, Nantou , Shan-Lin-Chi , 1600 m, 16.V.1990, primary forest, FIT & PT, L. Le Sage leg. ( CNC). Paratype: same locality label as holotype, 1♀ ( AMNH) .
