Description of Female. Fully winged; length 4.4–6.0 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus, gena and anterior region of face yellow; in specimens from Philippines, 7 Km W Valencia, and Japan, Mt. Tachiu-dake, head black, except mandible and part of clypeus yellow; in specimen from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, head black, except mandible, gena and part of clypeus testaceous (rest of clypeus brown); antenna testaceous; mesosoma black, occasionally with posterior collar of pronotum reddish; metasoma brown-reddish; legs testaceous-reddish, except coxae, clubs of femora and tibiae brownish. Antenna clavate; antennal segments of specimen from Philippines, 7 Km W Valencia, in following proportions: 10:6:41:17:15:10:8:7:6:8. Head (Fig. 1 in Mita, 2009b) excavated, dull, granulated, with some longitudinal keels on face; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete, laterally not reaching eyes; holotype with POL = 4; OL = 4; OOL = 9; OPL = 0.5; TL = 1; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli longer than TL (2:1). Occasionally greatest breadth of posterior ocelli as long as TL. In specimen from Japan, Mt. Tachiu-dake, POL = 3; OL = 4; OOL = 8; OPL = 0.5; TL = 2; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli longer than TL (2.5:2) Pronotum dull, granulated, with many striae around disc; disc humped and posterior collar short; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum granulated, with numerous or few areolae on lateral regions and with few areolae on medial region near posterior margin of scutum. Notauli almost complete, posteriorly separated. Scutellum and metanotum dull, granulated. Mesopleura dull, granulated. Metapleura dull, strongly transversely striate. Propodeum reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels on posterior surface; dorsal surface of propodeum slightly longer than posterior surface (35:25). Fore wing with three dark transverse bands (in specimen from Philippines, 7 Km W Valencia, two dark transverse bands); distal part of stigmal vein about twice as long as proximal part (18:9). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 20:3:7:20:31. Enlarged claw not spatulate ( Plate 79D View PLATE 79 ) with one strong subdistal tooth and one row of 13–16 lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 79D View PLATE 79 ) with two rows of 26–31 lamellae; distal apex with 11–18 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Description of Female. Fully winged; length 2.7–3.1 mm. Head black, except mandible and clypeus yellow; antenna totally testaceous; occasionally antenna brown, except segments 1–2 and 10 testaceous; mesosoma black, except lateral margins and posterior collar of pronotum reddish; metasoma brown; legs totally testaceous; occasionally legs brown, except tarsi testaceous. Antenna clavate. Head ( Plate 79E View PLATE 79 ) weakly excavated, dull, granulated; occipital carina complete; posterior ocelli touching occipital carina. Pronotum shiny, granulated, sculptured by numerous keels around disc; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum dull, hairy, granulated, with little distinct keels and areolae on posterior half and occasionally also on lateral region. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.50–0.75 length of scutum. Scutellum as sculptured as scutum. Metanotum rugose. Propodeum reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels on posterior surface. Fore wing with three dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much longer than proximal part. Protarsal segment 1 slightly longer than segment 4. Enlarged claw not spatulate ( Plate 79G View PLATE 79 ), with one subapical tooth and one row of nine–ten lamellae. Description of Male. Fully winged; length 1.7–2.1 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous-brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except coxae partly brown and club of metafemur darkened. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 4:3:7:7:6:5.5:5:5:4:5.5. Head dull, convex, granulated and reticulate rugose; frontal line incomplete, hardly visible on posterior half of face; POL = 4; OL = 1.5; OOL = 1.5; temple absent; posterior ocelli touching occipital carina; occipital carina incomplete, only present on dorsal side of head, laterally reaching eyes. Scutum dull, granulated and reticulate rugose. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.7–0.9 length of scutum. Scutellum dull, granulated. Metanotum dull, reticulate rugose. Propodeum dull, reticulate rugose, without transverse or longitudinal keels. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein longer than proximal part (27:15). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Head testaceous-reddish, except vertex, face (except two testaceous-reddish lateral stripes along orbits) and central area of clypeus black-brown; antenna brown, except segments 1–2 testaceous-reddish and 7–10 testaceous; propleuron testaceous-reddish, except median dorsal region black; pronotum testaceous-reddish, except black area around disc; scutum black, except lateral areas reddishdarkened; scutellum testaceous-reddish, except anterior half blackish; metanotum testaceous-reddish; mesopleuron testaceous-reddish, except central area black; metapleuron black, except proximal third testaceous-reddish; propodeum black, except distal apex reddish; metasoma and legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; rhinaria present on segments 5–10; antennal segments in following proportions: 12:8:51:34:23:18:14:13:10.5:15. Scutum shiny, with median region smooth, punctate, very weakly granulated among punctures, sculptured by short longitudinal keels near posterior margin; lateral regions sculptured by numerous almost parallel longitudinal keels. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.9 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Propodeum dull, reticulate rugose, without longitudinal and transverse keels; dorsal surface longer than posterior surface (15:9). Fore wing with two dark transverse bands. Protarsal segments in following proportions: 30:4.5:11:29:45. Protarsal segments 2 and 3 produced into hooks. Head black, except mandible and anterior half of clypeus ferruginous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma black, except lateral margins and posterior collar of pronotum testaceous; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except stalk of metafemur darkened. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 14:6:31:14:14:12:10:9:8:10. Head dull, hairless, slightly convex, with dorsal surface reticulate rugose; ventral surface of head with medial area smooth and lateral areas sculptured by many longitudinal keels; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete, laterally not reaching eyes; POL = 6; OL = 3; OOL = 8; OPL = 3.5; TL = 2; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OPL (2:3.5). Pronotum shiny, smooth, unsculptured, with few longitudinal striae on sides of disc and on posterior collar; pronotum with disc humped and posterior collar short; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum dull, reticulate rugose. Notauli almost complete, almost reaching posterior margin of scutum (but hardly visible near posterior margin of scutum among areolae). Metapleura dull, strongly transversely striate. Propodeum hairless, with dorsal surface sculptured by many parallel longitudinal keels and with short transverse keels among longitudinal keels; posterior surface of propodeum reticulate rugose, with two incomplete longitudinal keels, shorter than dorsal surface (8:12). Fore wing with three dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein about twice as long as proximal part (17:8.5). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 25:3:6:15:23.5. Enlarged claw spatulate ( Plate 80B View PLATE 80 ) with one strong subdistal tooth and one row of eight lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 80B View PLATE 80 ) with three rows of eight (longer) + approximately 39 lamellae, without interruption to distal apex. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
