Description of Female. Fully winged; length 5.6–6.2 mm. Head black, except mandible and part of clypeus testaceous; antenna brown, except segments 1–2 testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, except metacoxa proximally black. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 14:9:39:19:15:11:9:8.5:8:10. Head shiny, strongly reticulate rugose, with areolae wide; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; occiput smooth, shiny, unsculptured; posterior ocelli touching the occipital carina; temple absent; POL = 7; OL = 4; OOL = 10. Pronotum ( Plate 86D View PLATE 86 ) almost flat, shiny, smooth, with weak transverse keels around disc; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum reticulate rugose, except median region completely or partly granulated. Notauli absent. Scutellum reticulate rugose, except median region granulated. Metanotum reticulate rugose. Propodeum reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two longitudinal keels and transversely striate. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much longer than proximal part (18:13). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 11:2:4.5:11:19. Segment 3 of protarsus produced into hook. Enlarged claw spatulate ( Plate 87A View PLATE 87 ), without one single subapical tooth, with six small distal teeth and three–four distal lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 87A View PLATE 87 ) with inner margin straight, without distal prominence, with two rows of about 38 lamellae extending continuously to distal apex. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
