Taxonomy. Roman Borovec (pers. comm.) drew my attention to the description of Omias asiaticus Formánek, 1910 View in CoL which is surely an Urometopus View in CoL because of its striate frons and epifrons ( FORMÁNEK 1910). Although apparently the type (s) are not in the NMPC, possibly borrowed by someone, there is no doubt that this species must be moved to Urometopus View in CoL as Urometopus asiaticus ( Formánek, 1910) View in CoL , comb. nov. from Omias Germar, 1817 View in CoL .
