South and Central Europe, the Middle East and North Africa (known from Cyprus, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Syria, and Turkey), Russia (to the Urals) ( Levchenko et al. 2017), Iran: Shahkuh/Elburs ( Popov 1967), Turkmenistan ( Bischoff 1930), Uzbekistan ( Morawitz 1875), and Kazakhstan ( Bogusch and Hadrava 2018). In most of the distribution range quite common and numerous ( Bogusch 2018). Lhomme et al. (2020) published records from Morocco (Marrakech-Safi; Drâa-Tafilalet).
