Bracon carbonarius Nees, 1834

England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland

Notes

Synonymised under carbonarius by Achterberg (1975), impressus was removed from synonymy by Fischer (1997), a move which is not accepted by van Achterberg (in prep.). Supporting van Achterberg’s synonymy, Godfray (unpublished) has repeatedly reared specimens resembling both ‘species’ from collections of hosts made at the same place and time.
