Leucophenga cultella View in CoL sp. nov.

( Figs. 2 View FIGURE 2 I, 4G, 4H, 8J, 8K, 17)

Diagnosis. This species is mostly similar to L. acuticauda sp. nov. in having the wing fuscous along R1 and costa ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 H, I), the color patterns of abdominal tergites in both male ( Fig. 8 View FIGURE 8 H, J) and female ( Fig. 8 View FIGURE 8 I, K), and the surstylus acute apically ( Figs. 16 View FIGURE 16 , 17 View FIGURE 17 A), but can be distinguished from the latter by the hypandrium with 3 sensilla ( Fig. 17 View FIGURE 17 B), and the aedeagus slender, acute apically, and slightly knife-shaped in lateral view ( Fig. 17 View FIGURE 17 D).

Description. Ocellar triangle dark brown, with ca. 1–2 seta(e) above ocellar setae. Frons yellow to brownish yellow. Pedicel brownish yellow; first flagellomere yellowish. Clypeus brown. Palpus yellow. Mesonotum brownish yellow to brownish, with four brown, longitudinal stripes submedially and laterally in male ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 G), brown before scutellum in female. Postpronotal lobe brownish yellow ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 H). Acrostichal setulae in ca. 8–10 irregular rows ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 G). Scutellum dark brown, brownish yellow at tip ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 G). Pleura with a brown, longitudinal stripe above ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 H). Katepisternum and meron brownish yellow, slightly brownish above ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 H). Wing ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 I): Costal vein between R2+3 and R4+5 distally with ca. 5 peg-like spinules on ventral surface. Abdominal tergites mostly dark brown ( Figs. 8 View FIGURE 8 J, K), with a pair of yellow patches submedially between 2nd to 3rd tergites. Male terminalia: Epandrium with ca. 3 setae near posterior margin per side ( Fig. 17 View FIGURE 17 A). Paramere with ca. 1 sensillum medioventrally and ca. 5 sensilla distally ( Fig. 17 View FIGURE 17 C).
