PA: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea, Latvia, Moldavia, Mongolia, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sicily, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Ukraine.
Egyptian localities. Eastern Deser: Gebel Asfar, Wadi Sayal. Fayoum: Fayoum City, Kom Osheem, Wadi El- Rayian. Lower Nile Valley and Delta: Barrage, Roudah.
Plants from which flies were swept. Cogon or Satintail grass ( Imperata sp.) and wild sugarcane ( Saccharum spontaneum L.).
Dates of collection. March to December.
