Records from Myanmar: South Tenasserim ( Pocock 1889); Malwoon in Tenasserim ( Pocock 1890b); Elphinstone Island ( Pocock 1889); Moulmein ( Attems 1936); Thatay Kyun (= Pulo Ru, Ko Son), Taninthay Division, Tanintharyi Region, 9˚56´20˝ N, 98˚32´22˝ E ( Decker 2010). Nine syntypes of both sexes (from Elphinstone Island) are probably in the London Museum ( Pocock 1889).

Remarks. Also found in Malaysia ( Verhoeff 1906) and Thailand ( Enghoff 2005; Decker 2010). The taxonomic problems referring to Rhopalomeris Verhoff, 1906 viz-à-viz Hyleoglomeris Verhoeff, 1910 have recently been clarified (Golovatch et al. 2011).
