Spirobolus elevatus Pocock, 1893: 399 (D), synonymized by Hoffman (1981: 187). Pseudospirobolellus avernus View in CoL — Jeekel, 2001c: 45 (L); Enghoff, 2001: 169 (M).
Records from Myanmar: Bhamo; Malewoon ( Pocock 1893). The lectotype and paralectotypes originate from the Mautitius Island, Indian Ocean, both housed in the London Museum and have been revised by Hoffman (1981). Remark. This is a pantropical anthropochore species ( Enghoff 2001; Jeekel 2001c).
