Record from Myanmar: Kawkareet (Tenasserim) ( Pocock 1893). Based on the female holotype ( Karsch 1881), kept in the London Museum and revised by Hoffman (1962).
Remarks. Ever since Pocock’s (1893) original description of this species from southern Myanmar, its identity remains uncertain because the holotype is a female. Only the discovery and study of male material from Myanmar or Thailand can help clarify the issue in the future ( Hoffman 1962).
