Distribution

Holoarctic species ( Isaia et al. 2007). It is distributed in North America, Europe, North Africa, Caucasus, Russia (Europe to Far East), Central Asia, China, Korea and Japan ( World Spider Catalog 2020). It can be found in mainland Italy, Sardinia and Sicily ( Pantini and Isaia 2019).

Notes

It occurs on low vegetations and bushes, in a variety of habitats. Adults mature from spring to late autumn ( Harvey et al. 2002). It is a "domed" web weaver spider ( Isaia et al. 2007).
