Description

Pilsbry (1906).

Distribution

Native to East Africa ( Hayes et al. 2012). In Chile this species has been reported only from Easter Island (39°48 ʹ S, 73°14 ʹ W), with the first record in 1965 ( Kirch et al. 2009).

Possible mechanism of introduction/Status

Human transportation/unestablished ( Kirch et al. 2009).
