General distribution. Armenia, Austria, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Byelorussia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iran, Italy, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Macedonia, Poland, Russia (Southern Territory) , Slovakia, Switzerland, Syria, Turkey, former Yugoslavia ( Mazzoldi 2003). Comments. Living in fresh and brackish water ( Drost 2009).
