Chrysis brevitarsis Thomson, 1870: 107 . Holotype ♀; Sweden: Nerike [= Närke] (ZMUL, examined) ( ignita group).
Chrysis brevitarsis var. 3: Van der Smissen (2010: 53, Uzbekistan: Sukok).
Material examined. Uzbekistan: 1♀, Západní Tanšan , Čatkalskuj chrebet, Su-Kok, 28.V1976, leg. Dr. Petr Starý ( MHC); 1♀, Aktaš, 7.V.1978, leg. J. Niedel ( MHC); 1♀, Tashkent, 13.IV.1992, leg. J. Halada ( PRC).
Remarks. Van der Smissen (2010) listed Chrysis brevitarsis var. 3 from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan based on specimens originating from Halada collection, including the female from Čatkalskuj chrebet, Su-Kok collected on 28.V.1976 by Petr Starý. This species is similar to Chrysis brevitarsis Thomson , however it is already easily recognisable from the different colour pattern, entirely blue and green. This species is currently in study with other Central Asian species.
Distribution. Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan ( Rosa 2019c).
