Male characters. Tibia armament: [2.7.0][(6)7.7.2][11.7.5], dorsal spines of hindtibia fairly evenly distributed. Bey-Bienko’s spine formula for the fronttibia is [1.7.1]; he assigns one of the two proximal spines to the dorsal, the other to the ventral surface of the tibia (see also Polyphaga ).—Tarsal arolia: absent.—Subgenital plate: without styli, Fig. 14E .—Right phallomere: Figs. 3F , 14F .

Material studied. Paratype, 1♂, Afghanistan, Ghar Kouh-Dozd , at Dilaram, 1065 m, 3.VI.1962, K.Lindberg (prep.: Bo 1398) (M. St.Petersburg) .
