Distribution: Korea.

Conservation: IUCN 2003 and IUCN / SSC Action Plan (2001) – Data Deficient.

Discussion: Subgenus Eptesicus . Status uncertain; see Corbet (1978 c) and Horácek et al. (2000). Possibly a synonym of bottae (see Koopman, 1993, 1994) or serotinus (Horácek et al., 2000). Sometimes spelled kobayashi.
