Remarks.
The Portuguese specimens match the description of N. papillosa , forming a unique BIN ( BOLD: AFO 2116), with the nearest neighboring BIN being BOLD: ADS 6560, which consists of 31 specimens of and unidentified Neumania sp. from South Africa. The p - distance between these two BINs was estimated at 14.26 %.
Distribution.
Europe. In Portugal previously reported from Côa River near Santa Comba Dão (Beira Alta; Lundblad 1956).
