Vernacular Names: Cinderella Shrew.

Distribution: Senegal and Gambia, Mali and Niger.

Conservation: IUCN – Lower Risk (lc).

Discussion: May be related to tarfayaensis of Morocco and Mauritania; see Hutterer (1987).
