Comment. The species, initially described by Cameron (1913) in Centrochalcis , is a secondary homonym of Trigonura ruficaudis (Cameron, 1907) described from South Africa in Phasganophora . Delvare (2017) replaced it by its first junior synonym.
Distribution. Oriental and West Palaearctic ( India, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Iran and UAE) (Cameron 1913; Nikol'skaya 1952, 1960a, b; Lotfalizadeh & Jafari-Nadushan 2015; Delvare 2017).
Hosts. Recently T. ninae was reared on Chrysobothris parvipunctata Obenberger, 1914 ( Coleoptera : Buprestidae ) from pomegranate trees in central Iran (Lotfalizadeh & Jafari-Nadushan 2015).
