Diagnosis: Length 1.8 to 2.3 mm; width 1.3 to 1.6 mm. Dorsal color black to dark brown ( Fig. 2 View Figs ), except clypeus yellow to orange; ventral color black to dark brown, except legs, antennae, mouthparts and last two ventrites yellow to orange. Males with first ventrite unmodified; fifth ventrite emarginate, depressed at central part; sixth ventrite with notch on center of apical margin. Male genitalia without basal alae, slightly narrowing at apical third, but with apical third not abruptly narrowed ( Fig. 32 View Figs ).

TLAXCALA: (1♀) Apizaco ( FIC) .
Distribution: North America ( Gordon 1976, 1985). New record for Mexico.
Biology: In Mexico, this species has been collected between the altitudes of 200 and 1,500 m, and in the biomes of high perennial forest, deciduous forest, scrub with oak, scrub with cypress and oak forest.
