Holarctic distribution; in Georgia: EG: Dusheti - Bazaleti Lake, Gardabani - Tbilisi Sea, Kumisi Lake, Tsalka; WG: Mestia - Lenjeri, Zugdidi reported by Kurashvili et al. (1976) and Kurashvili (1984b).
