Sumitrosis terminatus View in CoL was previously known from Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, and Panama ( Uhmann 1957). Larvae have been reared from an unidentified member of Fabaceae ( Hespenheide and Dang 1999) View in CoL .
