Host data. Apparently solitary parasitoid of phyBioLep01 BioLep757 ( Pyralidae ) feeding on Croton billbergianus ( Euphorbiaceae ).

Etymology.

Hormius carmenretanae is named for Carmen Retana in recognition of her long years of guiding the Minister of Environment’s administrative office of the Ministerio del Ambiente y Energia.
