Diagnosis. Forewing length is 11–11.5 mm (wingspan 22–23 mm) in males. Miltochrista dentinebula differs clearly from other relatives by its conspicuous broad brownish grey shade between the postmedial and antemedial lines of the forewing. The male genital capsule of M. dentinebula is very similar to that of M. obliquilinea , but the distal saccular process of M. dentinebula is less curved. The aedeagus of M. dentinebula is significantly larger than that of M. obliquilinea in comparison to the genital capsule size. The vesica structures of the two species are very similar, but in M. dentinebula the dorsal diverticulum is larger, the medial section is more heavily granulated, and the bunch of cornuti contains five cornuti, whereas in M. obliquilinea the vesica bears three to four cornuti only. Female is unknown.
Distribution. North Thailand (Chiang Mai, Lampang and Nan Provinces) ( Černý & Pinratana 2009).
