Remarks. Paraphloeostiba conjuncta was recently described from north-eastern part of Papua New Guinea. The body length of this species can vary from 1.78 to 2.35 mm (holotype: 1.80 mm). Prior to the present study, the female of P. conjuncta was unknown. The description of the female is presented below.
Female. Posterior margin of abdominal tergite VIII ( Fig. 36 View FIGURES 32–38 ) and sternite VIII ( Fig. 37 View FIGURES 32–38 ) rounded. Accessory sclerite wide, gradually narrowed toward rounded apex ( Fig. 38 View FIGURES 32–38 ). Spermatheca not recognized.
Paraphloeostiba conjuncta is known from several localities in Western New Guinea ( Indonesia) and eastern part of Papua New Guinea. It is here recorded from Western New Guinea ( Indonesia) for the first time.
