Distribution in Iran: Kermanshah Province.

General distribution: Palaearctic ( Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iran [new record], Ireland, Italy, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Kingdom) ( Yu et al. 2016).

Diagnosis (Female). Body length 9 mm, fore wing length 6 mm, ovipositor 2.4 mm. Malar space 1 × as long as basal width of the mandible. Frons weakly convex ( Fig. 2A View FIGURE 2 ). Head behind the eyes not long (0.4 × as long as eyes), curved and weakly narrowed laterally, in dorsal view ( Fig. 2B View FIGURE 2 ). Temple constricted behind, 0.49 × as width as the eye in lateral view ( Fig. 2C View FIGURE 2 ). Notaulus distinct ( Fig. 2D View FIGURE 2 ). Mesoscutum mat, indistinctly punctate. Propodeum ( Fig. 2E View FIGURE 2 ) with basal transverse carina entire, basal area present.Apical transverse carinae of propodeum absent. First metasomal segment ( Fig. 2F View FIGURE 2 ) rather gradually widened to its apex, with a lateral triangular tooth basally. Postpetiole rather weakly convex in lateral view. Second tergite sparsely haired. Fore wing ( Fig. 2G View FIGURE 2 ) vein r-m present. Areolet large and pentagonal, parallel sided. Vein 1m-cu 1.8 × as long as 1/Cu. Hind wing ( Fig. 2H View FIGURE 2 ) with 1/Cu as long as the cu-a. Ovipositor 0.8 × as long as the hind tibia, ovipositor tip 2.9 × as long as high ( Fig. 2I View FIGURE 2 ). Body reddish; head, thorax, hind femur and tibia apically and fifth to seventh tergites black, mesopleuron and propodeum with brownish spots.
