( figures 16–19 View FIGS )
Female
Body length 5.3 mm, fore wing length 4.5 mm. If characters not mentioned then as in the type species.
Head. Antenna with 59 segments; length of antenna 1.8 times length of body, 2.1 times length of fore wing; length of first flagellar segment 1.2 times second segment; length of first, second and penultimate flagellar segments 3.6, 2.9 and 1.7 times their width, respectively; occipital carina very strongly developed, lamelliform ( figure 18 View FIGS ); length of eyes in dorsal view 8.0 times temple; POL:OD~0.75; OD:OOL~1.0; length of malar space 1.5 times basal width of mandible; length of maxillary palp 1.6 times height of head.
Mesosoma . Length of mesosoma 1.3 times (without propodeal spine; with spine 1.8 times) as long as high; pronope shallow ( figure 19 View FIGS ); pronotum comparatively robust in dorsal view ( figure 19 View FIGS ) and in dorso-lateral view hardly convex medio-posteriorly ( figure 17 View FIGS ); side of pronotum comparatively slender ( figure 18 View FIGS ); mesopleuron sparsely punctate and antero-dorsally rugose; metapleuron mainly punctate; mesoscutum punctulate, setose, with short groove medio-posteriorly; axillar anterolateral lobes comparatively small and robust ( figure 20 View FIGS ); scutellum sparsely punctulate; propodeum completely rather coarsely and densely reticulaterugose, lateral horns of propodeum 0.8 times as long as first metasomal tergite.
Wings. Fore wing: r 0.6 times as long as 3-SR; SR1 just more than one-third as long as 2-SR; m-cu 4 times as long as 2-SRzM; 1-CU1 just shorter than cu- a and less than one-fifth as long as 2-CU1. Hind wing: cu-a nearly straight; subbasal cell largely setose; MzCu a little shorter than 1-M and about 3 times as long as 1r-m.
Legs. Length of hind femur, tibia and basitarsus 6.0, 10.2 and 10.2 times their width, respectively; hind tibial spurs 0.20 and 0.25 times as long as basitarsus.
Metasoma. First tergite 1.2 times as long as broad apically, latero-basally rather widely protruding, its surface very coarsely longitudinally rugose, intermingled with some punctures, with strong median carina and dorsal carinae complete and remaining separated; second tergite with small medio-basal area and complete median carina continuing up to 0.7 of third tergite; second to fourth tergites coarsely longitudinally rugose, also (especially laterally) with punctures; fifth tergite densely and coarsely punctate; length of ovipositor sheath 0.13 times as long as fore wing.
Colour. Yellowish brown; palpi, basal fifth of hind tibia and of basitarsus, third to fourth fore tarsal segments, second to fourth segments of mid and hind legs ivory; spines of propodeum, scape, pedicel, humeral plate, pronotum except posteriorly, mandible, fore and middle coxae and trochanters, and metasoma ventrally, pale yellowish; third to seventh basal antennal segments brownish yellow; 25th to 40th antennal segments ivory or whitish, and remainder of antenna dark brown; head (but clypeus ventrally somewhat brownish), pronotal side dorso-posteriorly, mesopleuron antero-dorsally and mesoscutum black; streak on outer side of scape and pedicel, tegulum, ovipositor sheath, apex of hind femur, remainder of hind tibia and of tarsi, pterostigma and veins dark brown; wing membrane slightly infuscate.
