Distribution in Armenia: widely distributed in all provinces on different species of wild rose Rosa canina L. and cultivars of Rosa L., ( Rosaceae ) ( Makaryan & Avetyan 1931; Ter-Grigoryan 1944; Mirzoyan & Sofyan 1954; Avagyan 1956; Tumanyan 1976; Matinyan, 1983; Harutyunyan 1985b; Voronova et al. 2014b; Hakobyan et al. 2015, 2019; Stepanyan et al. 2020; Dilbaryan et al. 2021); one apterous viviparous female on one slide, on Cephalaria sp. (Dypsacaceae), Tavush province, north surroundings of Semyonovka village (40°40’42.81”N, 44°52’48.75”E), altitude 1918 m. a.s.l., 04.VII.2021, leg. I. Stepanyan, (025Е21М), IZAY. New host plant for M. (M.) rosae from Armenia.
