Also, as stated in the article by Artüz&Fricke 2019 “ Iljin (1927) reported the sarmatic species Ponticola construc- tor (as Gobius (Ponticola) cepalarges constructor ), Neogobius melanostomus (as Gobius (Ponticola) cephalarges ), Knipowitschia longecaudata (as K. longicaudata), Ponticola kessleri (as Gobius (Ponticola) kessleri ), Ponticola rattan (as Gobius (Ponticola) rattan ) from the Black Sea, Bosporus and the Sea of Azov, and Neogobius fluviatilis (as Gobius (Neogobius) fluviatilis ) from rivers with sandy bottom entering these seas. ” This objection could not be understood while the above-mentioned text was present in the article.
