Diagnosis. Occipital carina absent dorso-medially. Clypeus small, its apical half concave, without a pre-apical transverse ridge and apical margin without a median tooth. Propodeum without carinae, except for the complete posterior transverse carina. First sternite extending about half the distance from base of tergite to spiracle, usually with a glabrous median swelling. Wings often large, longer than body. Fore wing with vein 2 rs-m basad of vein 2 mcu. Hind tarsal claws without accessory tooth.
