Diagnosis. Labrum hidden below clypeus ( Fig 1 View FIGURE 1 C); wings largely subhyaline, only ventral margin of fore wing and one fourth of hind wing apically black ( Fig 2 View FIGURE 2 A).

Distribution. W. Malaysia (Matang); China (Hainan) ( Wang 1989).
