Holotype: Male, INPA-SP 38, Brazil, Amazonas, Manaus, Reserva Ducke , Km 26 on AM-010, N. Penny leg., 25.VII.1978. Paratypes: 1 female, INPA-SP 39, with same locality as for holotype, M.P.M. Aidar leg., 23.I.1983; 1 juvenile male, INPA-SP 40, Brazil, Amazonas, Manaus, Tarumã Mirim (inundation forest), J. Adis leg., 17.I.1983 (K33 RD5); 1 juvenile female INPA-SP 41, Brazil, Amazonas, Manaus, Tarumã Mirim (inundation forest), J. Adis leg., 26.X.1982 (K14 TM).

Remark: According to Lourenço & Francke (1986) the following paratypes have been deposited at INPA, but they were not found in the present reorganization process: juvenile male paratype, Reserva Ducke 15.XI.1977, J. Arias leg.; adult female paratype, 22.XI.1977, B.C. Rattcliffe leg.; adult female paratype, 29.XI.1977; adult male paratype 27.XII.1977; one adult male paratype, 17.I.1978; the same locality.
