— Valid ( Semper 1885; Hoffmann 1928; Labbé 1934a). It obviously is not an onchidiid: it seems to be a cephalaspidean. Interestingly, in the Index, Quoy and Gaimard (1824: 697) mention that Onchidium secatum is “probably not an onchidie.”
