Collection and habitat data. Habitat (outside of the study area). In ON, a common species in various kinds of deciduous forests, mixed forests, and a semi-open habitat (e.g. oak savannah); adults sifted from grass pile and leaves and captured in Malaise pans and Lindgren funnel traps. In NB, adults collected from decaying sea wrack under alders ( Alnus sp. ) and gravel and sand on the margin of a sea beach where it was common. Collecting period. V–IX. Collecting method.
