Distribution: Cambodia, Indonesia (Sumatra, Rhio-Lingga Arch., Bangka Isl, Borneo, Karimata Isl, Sulawesi, Amboina), Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand. Introduced throughout the Moluccas.
