STUDIED MATERIAL. — 1 specimen from Eichstätt (MNHN.F. A33531 View Materials ).

COMMENTS The specimen is remarkably long (total length: 14cm) respect to the type specimens housed in the Bayerische Staatssammlung für Paläontologie und Geologie in Munich (total length: between 10.5 and 11.5 cm). However, a specimen housed in the same collection has a similar size and comes from the Mörnsheim Formation which overlies the Solnhofen Limestones (Günter Schweigert pers. comm. 2011).
