Type locality: China, Gansu Province, Yuzhong County .

Material examined: 8♂♂, 6♀♀, China, Hubei province, Shennongjia , 2500 m, 2004-X-11, leg. Wang Zhi-Jie & Lu Yan-Yang ( ICYZU) .

Distribution: China (Gansu, Ningxia, Hubei).

Adult habitus: Male forewing length 6.4–7.5 mm, hind wing length 5.2–6.0 mm. The dorsal sclerite of epiproct apically widened, bearing a large V-shaped anteromesal notch, apical margins of epiproct armed with rows of black spines; ventral sclerite basally broad, narrowed apically, bearing a curved apex and armed on either side with a single row of black spines. Female forewing length 7.5–8.5 mm, hind wing length 6.5–7.6 mm, habit similar to male ( Fig. 11 View FIGURE 11 ).
