= Trichacis opaca Thomson, 1859 View in CoL syn. nov.

England: Surrey, Horsley , 1 female, 30 May 1931, Nixon, G.E.J. ( BMNH) .

Recorded from near London by Walker (1835), from Ireland by Vlug and Graham (1984), and from the Isle of Man by Buhl and Bennett (2009). The type material of T. pisis has darker legs than in the type material of T. opaca , and basal foveae of T2 less striated, but this does not justify treating them as separate species.
