Type material: Holotype: male ( IZCAS), Gaodong Cave (Alt.: 1123 m; T.: 9 ºC; H.: 94%), Lianming Village, Yankong Town, Jinsha County [27°35.042´N, 106°14.119´E, Guizhou, China], 6 May 2007, Y.C. Lin and J. Liu leg. GoogleMaps Paratypes: 3 males and 9 females, same data as holotype ( IZCAS) GoogleMaps .

Etymology. The specific name is a noun in apposition and is derives from the type locality.

Diagnosis. Leptonetela jinsha sp. nov. is similar to L. digitata sp. nov., but may be easily distingushied by the sharply wedge-shaped median apophysis on pedipalpal bulb, the broader and smooth conductor, the parallel paired tibial spurs retro-distally, the twisted spermathecae and the slightly projected atrium anteriorly.

Description. Holotype male. Total length 2.32. Prosoma 1.16 long, 1.00 wide. Sternum 0.72 long, 0.68 wide. Opisthosoma 1.28 long, 0.96 wide. Dorsal shield of prosoma yellow, paired long setae on cephalic area. Thoracic median groove brown, needle-shaped. Cervical groove and radial furrows indistinct. Clypeus 0.19 high, slightly sloped anteriorly, with short setae anteriorly. Eyes entirely reduced. Chelicerae yellow, fang furrow with 9 promarginal and 6 retromarginal teeth. Endites and labium pale yellow, sternum and legs yellow. Leg measurements: I 10.93 (3.10, 0.43, 3.20, 2.60, 1.60); II 9.55 (2.75, 0.40, 2.75, 2.25, 1.40); III 8.38 (2.40, 0.38, 2.35, 2.05, 1.20); IV 10.00 (2.80, 0.40, 2.85, 2.55, 1.40). Leg formula: I-IV-II-III. Femur I clothed with densely setae dorsally. Tibiae I and II with a row of slender hairs. Five trichobothria and spines on tibiae I–IV respectively. A finely serrated hairs-comb at base of metatarsi II and III ventrally. Only one trichobothrium and 4 setae on metatarsi I–IV respectively. Opisthosoma pale yellow, ovoid, covered with hairs, no pigmentation.

Pedipalpal femur covered with long hairs, spineless. A dorsal spine on patella distally. Three dorsal trichobothria and 5 retrolateral spurs on tibia, of them tibial spur I largest and asymmetrically bifurcated. Tarsus rugose and contracted mesially, with 4 long setae distally, attaching an earlobe-shaped process. Pedipalpal bulb ovoid. Prolateral lobe tongue-shaped. Conductor broad and smooth. Embolus triangular, curved distally. Median apophysis sharply wedged-shaped, sclerotized distally.

Female. Similar to male in general features, but body size larger and legs shorter. Total length 2.38. Prosoma 1.20 long, 1.04 wide. Sternum 0.70 long, 0.66 wide. Opisthosoma 1.28 long, 1.00 wide. Clypeus 0.17 high. Eyes absent. Chelicerae with 9 promarginal and 5 retromarginal teeth on fang furrow. Leg measurements: I 9.68 (2.75, 0.43, 2.85, 2.20, 1.45); II 8.63 (2.50, 0.40, 2.50, 1.95, 1.30); III 7.50 (2.20, 0.38, 2.07, 1.75, 1.10); IV 9.00 (2.55, 0.40, 2.55, 2.20, 1.30). Leg formula: I-IV-II-III. Setae and spines of each leg less than in male. Number of trichobothria and hairs-combs same as in male.

Genital area covered with long hairs. Internal genitalia with a pair of spermathecae and sperm ducts, strongly kinkled, sclerotized distally. The atrium broad and smooth, lacking modified short hairs along atrium margin anteriorly.
