Material. One dorsal, one ventral and two undetermined valves from samples JH-75, JH-90, JH-95 and JH-97. The figured specimen is TSGF 16772.

Description. Shells small, slightly or moderately biconvex and elongate egg-shaped. Anterior commissure gently uniplicate. L/W ratio 1.20. Largest measured specimen 4.2 mm long and 3.7 mm wide. About 16 rather weak costae on distal one-third of largest valve.

Dorsal valve slightly or moderately convex.

Ventral valve slightly convex.

Remarks. The available material is insufficient for comparison to the known species of this genus.

Occurrence. 61–63 and 67–69 m above base of Profilbekken Member, Valhallfonna Formation, Basissletta in northeastern Ny Friesland, Spitsbergen.
